Job Description:
For the Post of Business Development Executive
No. of positions: 10.
Salary range: Rs.12 to 15k per month
Incentives: Rs.7.5k to 10k per month.
Job Locations: Uttarahalli, Kengeri and Electronic City.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive business with designated customers & explore new customers.
- Handling Customers:
- Builders
- Contractors
- Architects
- Interior Designers
- Consultants
- Individual Home Building
- Builders
- Maintain Complete data of Customers
- Maintain the customer data and detailed project chart for every customer
- Preparation & Implementation of customer visit plan
- Day wise customer visit plan with specific objectives
- Weekly & monthly customer visit plan
- Handling customer enquiries with relevant information
- Ensure all communication with customers are in accordance with company’s standards and correct in content and format.
- Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities, performance against the sales plan, and other key indicators to the Management Team.
- Handling customer quotation & customer Purchase Orders
- Handling customer sale invoice & acknowledgements.
- Payment Collection
- Coordinating with BDM, MM, & GM.

- language Skills – Essential (English, Hindi, Kannada)
For the Post of Client Relations Executive
No. of positions: 2.
Salary range: Rs.12 to 15k per month
Incentives: Rs.7.5k to 10k per month.
Job Locations: Uttarahalli and Kengeri
